Manuel Locatelli could still leave Milan this summer. The young midfielder was set to move to Sassuolo in July, but the deal was not finalized, as Gattuso wanted to keep the player. Now, however, it seems that negotiations have reopened.
According to Sky Italia, with the potential arrival of Bakayoko from Chelsea, Locatelli could leave Milan in order to get more playing time elsewhere.
Sassuolo remain very interested in the player and today could be a decisive day for his move, in one way of another. In the next few hours Locatelli’s future will be much clearer.
