Milan Primavera 1-0 Lecce: Bosisio’s first goal keeps the Rossoneri in play-off contention

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan Primavera returned to winning ways today after a run of three defeats, defeating Lecce 1-0 to move back into play-off contention.

Marco Bosisio’s header early on in second half was enough to win a hard fought contest for Giunti’s side, whose 10th league win of the season came against the same team they first beat earlier in the campaign.

It was a defensively solid performance from the young Rossoneri at Vismara as Lecce had very few chances. There are 11 games remaining in the season and the Rossoneri sit four points behind sixth place, and the Diavolo will face Fiorentina away from home at 15:00 CET on Sunday next.
