The Spanish side are in serious need of balancing their accounts and they are ready to listen to offers for De Paul after the 2022 Qatar World Cup.
De Paul moved to Atletico Madrid from Udinese in 2021 but it is not a move that has worked out for either side.
He has made 42 appearances for the Rojoblancos and found the net four times, but he has not had the desired impact on the midfield.
He became one of the best players in Serie A during his final year at Udinese, a club that he represented almost 200 times, scoring 33 goals in the process.
