AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli will not be able to count upon Ante Rebic for tomorrow’s derby clash against Inter, a report claims.
According to Calciomercato.com, updates have arrived regarding the condition of the two forwards Rebic and Divock Origi who both missed the midweek draw against Sassuolo with respective niggles.
Origi will be back for the game as the Belgian forward has fully recovered and will look to continue his reputation from his time at Liverpool of being the man for the derbies, while the Croatian one will still remain on the sidelines.
Rebic was forced to miss Tuesday’s game at the Mapei Stadium due to a back problem which even today has not been resolved. Milan do not want to rush things also because after the derby against the Nerazzurri the Rossoneri will have important matches against Salzburg and Dinamo Zagreb in the Champions League, with Sampdoria in between.
