Arsenal’s Lucas Torreira is reportedly AC Milan’s dream signing this transfer market, given how much quality he would add to the team’s midfield.
The Rossoneri’s new manager, Giampaolo, coached the Uruguayan at Sampdoria and would thus be delighted to reunite with the player at Milan.
However, Torreira joined the Gunners just one year ago for a fee of nearly €30m, meaning the asking price hasn’t been set below that figure. Instead, it’s been upped by €10m, forcing Milan to offer €40m in order to land the player.
In fact, as pointed out by MilanNews.it in their report, the London side won’t even listen to offers that are lower than €40m, though Giampaolo and Milan will keep on trying in their pursuit of landing the dream signing.
