MN: Cardinale expected to attend Dortmund game with more Ibrahimovic talks possible

By Oliver Fisher -

After being present for the game against Paris Saint-Germain, Gerry Cardinale is expected back in Italy for tomorrow’s match against Borussia Dortmund as per a report.

According to MilanNews, Cardinale should be at San Siro for the game against the Bundesliga side tomorrow night in what is a crucial clash in determining whether Milan will make the knockout stages of the Champions League.

The RedBird Capital number one has attended several games already this season with the most recent one being the home victory against PSG, where the Rossoneri reignited their qualification hopes and tomorrow evening they will try to repeat what they did against the Parisians.

Furthermore, contacts with Zlatan Ibrahimovic are continuing. The Swede is now one step away from returning to the Rossoneri as a RedBird advisor, and thus not only linked to Milan.

Ibra will be linked to Milan again in a role that will ‘cover 360 degrees’. He will also be a figure involved in show business as well as a reference point for players and the team.
