MN: Defender will arrive in Milan this evening and sign contract tomorrow

Milan have secured the signing of Fodé Ballo-Touré from Monaco on a permanent basis. In other words, they now have a left-back deputy which will be needed this upcoming season, competing on three fronts.

According to the latest reports, including the reliable MilanNews, Ballo-Toure will arrive in the city by car this evening. The medical tests have been scheduled for tomorrow morning and the contract signing will take place in the evening.

Milan will pay €4.2m cash and €500K in bonuses to Monaco, which isn’t a significant investment for the club. Given that Theo Hernandez will play most of the games anyway, it was only wise not to spend too much on the position.

Brahim Diaz is also expected in the city tomorrow to complete his return to the club after spending some time at the Real Madrid training ground. Hectic days for the Rossoneri, in other words, set to announce Olivier Giroud tonight.

  1. Knew it, we go foreign yet again. I love watching an Italian national team with no Milan players in it…. it’s just wrong…

  2. think there is nothing wrong with buying foreign player. but, its just ironic, the NT had some academic graduate. but they play elsewhere.
