Zlatan Ibrahimovic has arrived at Milanello to greet head coach Stefano Pioli before undertaking individual training, it is claimed.

The striker left La Madonnina clinic earlier on Thursday after completing his medical examinations and underwent more fitness tests before signing his contract at Casa Milan.

Hundreds of fans were present outside the club’s headquarters to welcome the Swede, who will be officially unveiled to the media on Friday.

Ibrahimovic greeted the supporters who were present at Casa Milan, waving and signing autographs while fans chanted his name, before travelling to the club’s Milanello training complex.

According to MilanNews.it, the 38-year-old – who will wear the No.21 shirt at Milan – arrived at Milanello with director Zvonomir Boban.

He will not train today with the rest of his teammates because training has already been done for the day, but he greeted Pioli and got changed before doing an individual session, with Sky Italia reporting he wishes to be available for the Sampdoria game on Monday.
