AC Milan are hoping to close the return of Chelsea midfielder Tiemoue Bakayoko soon and Yacine Adli remains a target, it is claimed.
According to the latest from Anto Vitiello of MilanNews on Twitter, Milan want to accelerate their pursuit of Bakayoko and held new contacts today with Chelsea over the Frenchman, who spent the 2018-19 season on loan with the Rossoneri.
The journalist goes on to add that the operation should close with the formula of a loan with option to buy deal, but he might not be the only addition to the midfield department. That is because the track leading to Yacine Adli of Bordeaux is still open.
if both operations were completed, it would leave Milan with Franck Kessie, Ismael Bennacer, Sandro Tonali, Bakayoko and Adli as double pivot options.
