AC Milan have made fresh contacts with the entourage of Strasbourg defender Mohamed Simakan, according to a report.
It was reported by MilanNews back in April that Milan have set their sights on the 19-year-old Simakan, with contacts held between Milan and the player’s representatives.
The same outlet then added earlier this month the dialogues were interrupted for a period but there is still interest and regardless of the outcome of the negotiation, the defender wants to join Milan.
Now MilanNews have given yet another update on the France U20 international, claiming that Milan are continuing to monitor his situation closely.
The outlet reiterates that the player is very keen on the idea of a move to the San Siro and there have been further contacts between the management and the player’s entourage, with the promise of updating even further in the future.
Simakan is also attracting interest from Atalanta and Monaco, but Milan have the priority of the player.
