MN: Milan hoping for multiple signatures as an important week begins

By Oliver Fisher -

The week ahead should be an important one for AC Milan as multiple signings are expected to arrive to get the summer market in motion.

MilanNews writes how the renewals of Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara are expected first as their current deals are expiring on June 30. There should be no doubts about them staying when considering that they have already been carrying out negotiations in view of the summer and have an excellent catalogue of work behind them.

After those two signatures, some players should arrive as Divock Origi is expected in Italy ahead of signing on a free transfer from Liverpool and then Renato Sanches should sign for around €20m from Lille, so there is also hope of those two arriving in Milano in the next few days.

Milan also continue to negotiate for a defender, with Sven Botman and Gleison Bremer still at the top of the list. Charles De Ketelaere, Noa Lang and Nicolo Zaniolo are closely followed for the role of playmaker/winger.

  1. All the faith in the Maldini magic. As Redbird is even worse than Eliot. I really want to see at least Origi signature. All the other names are nothing but day dreaming. How can we compete the English clubs having a poor transfer budget. We all remember the January transfer window. I am just wondering who will be the next Lazetic this time

    1. Worse than Elliot. First, they don’t even officially own the team yet. Next, Elliot was bad? In what way?
You are a moron who has no clue about finance. You can’t spend money you don’t have. Milan operates at a loss every year, where is this transfer budget magically coming from?

  2. I hope for d best. Sanchez, De Ketelaere, Noa Lang, with any other good defender dat wouldn’t cost much, would boost d squad.
