MN: Milan management working on multiple fronts – the latest including two attacking targets

By Oliver Fisher -

The AC Milan management are hard at work to try and build a balanced and competitive squad ahead of next season, a report claims.

As MilanNews writes, Milan immediately resolved the goalkeeper question issue as Mike Maignan replaced Gianluigi Donnarumma, but the management did not stop there and they are working on multiple fronts. Having completed the permanent signing of Fikayo Tomori from Chelsea (announcement soon), Maldini and Massara are working to get Olivier Giroud on a free transfer, with bonuses the only issue needing to be tackled.

The Hakan Calhanoglu situation will be settled shortly and in the event that the Turkey international leaves, the No.1 target has been chosen: Rodrigo De Paul. Udinese’s request for the Argentine is very high at around €35-40m, but they are not closing the door to the Rossoneri implying that there is room for negotiating and there could still be a positive outcome.
