MN: Milan’s probable XI for Torino encounter – Pioli to confirm same eleven

By Isak Möller -

Following the 1-1 draw against Juventus, AC Milan will be looking to get back to winning ways on Monday, taking on Torino at the San Siro. Stefano Pioli is set to confirm the eleven players that started last time out.

In the last two meetings, the Rossoneri have been successful in terms of playing style, although it hasn’t resulted in a win. However, there is no doubt that the formation change has helped Milan improve even more, playing to the best of their abilities.

The 4-4-2 was a step in the right direction, but the 4-2-3-1 has certainly been a perfect match for Pioli’s side. Therefore, he isn’t expected to make any changes to the starting eleven on Monday night, as reported by MilanNews.it.

In other words, despite playing the full 90 minutes mid-week, Zlatan Ibrahimovic will play from the first minute and thus remain the focal point of the attack. Furthermore, Andrea Conti is still suspended, meaning Davide Calabria will keep his spot on the right.

Probable Milan XI (4-2-3-1): Donnarumma; Calabria, Kjaer, Romagnoli, Theo Hernandez; Kessie, Bennacer; Castillejo, Calhanoglu, Rebic; Ibrahimovic.
