MN: Positive updates arrive regarding Bennacer – latest on Kjaer, Tonali and Brahim Diaz

Some news has arrived from Milanello regarding the conditions of the four absentees from Milan’s win over Crotone at the weekend.

The Rossoneri were without Ismael Bennacer due to a fever and bronchitis for the game against the relegation battlers, while Simon Kjaer and Brahim Diaz both have thigh muscle injuries and Sandro Tonali also had muscle discomfort.

According to MilanNews, some positive updates have arrived from Milanello regarding the condition of Bennacer as the Algerian midfielder trained regularly with the rest of the squad and has therefore fully recovered.

A little patience will be needed for Tonali who worked on his own during Tuesday’s session, but it is not ruled out that he could return to group training before the end of the week.

Kjaer trained on the field, but not together with his team-mates, though the fact he was on the pitch shows that he is on course for a recovery ahead of the derby.

Brahim Diaz did some personalised therapies and therefore seems the furthest away from a potential return, but it is nothing too serious.
