MN: Pulisic and Calabria do half-half session; Loftus-Cheek and Kjaer work separately

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan had a training session today as preparations continue ahead of the visit of Fiorentina to San Siro on Saturday evening, and an update on the injured players has arrived.

According to what MilanNews are reporting, Christian Pulisic and Davide Calabria carried out an initial part of training as a group and then continued with their individual work. The aim for the next three days will be to get them to do a full session with the squad.

Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Simon Kjaer, on the other hand, did a full individual training session which shows that they are a bit further back in terms of their recovery.

Loftus-Cheek has had a fever but it was believed he had gotten over that and the muscle discomfort he battled recently, while Kjaer too was widely reported to be feeling better. The training sessions between now and the weekend will be key in establishing who out of the four will be fit to face La Viola.

  1. Unfortunately, this is the baggage that comes with Loftus Cheek. Great when you have him, unfortunately that turns out to be a lot less than you don’t…
