Ibrahimovic is suffering from a muscle injury in his right calf and there is no damage to his Achilles tendon, as was first reported. The 38-year-old will have new tests in ten days, cutting it close to the expected season resumption.

According to MilanNews.it, the Swede initially worked in the gym, carrying out exercises for his upper body to stay in shape. Furthermore, he also had various treatments for the injured calf, hoping to recover as soon as possible.

The rest of the squad, meanwhile, had two training sessions over the course of the day. The one in the morning was focused on strength and the second one was focused on tactics, getting ready for the imminent resumption of the season.
