Official: AC Milan announce extension of partnership with La Molisana – the statement

By Isak Möller -

Following the success on the pitch, it has probably got a bit easier for CEO Ivan Gazifis to secure new partnerships for Milan, as well as retain the existing ones. In fact, we are staying to see the result of this.

Gazidis has always made it clear that the Rossoneri need to increase the revenue, as well as lower the cost, in order to compete with the big clubs. Part of that, of course, includes securing lucrative partnerships.

On their official website, Milan announced this morning that they have extended their partnership with La Molisana until the end of the season. The pasta company, as a result of this, will get more exposure on the San Siro sideline banners.

“AC Milan is delighted to announce that its partnership with La Molisana has been extended until the end of the 2020-2021 season.

As part of the extended partnership, the Italian pasta maker will receive increased visibility on LED sideline displays at San Siro and will also implement a number of digital activations to maximise its collaboration with the Rossoneri,” the statement read.

The financial details of the deal were not disclosed in the statement, as you would expect. Hopefully, Stefano Pioli’s side will continue to do well and go far in the Europa League, as it would certainly be good exposure.
