In addition to the transfer market, Milan are also making moves on a corporate level. One of Ivan Gazidis’ tasks, as the CEO of the Rossoneri, is to find beneficial partnerships and today the renewal of one was announced.
As revealed on their website, the partnership between Milan and Banco BPM has been renewed for the next three seasons. The bank, therefore, will remain as Premium Partner, Official Bank and Jersey Sponsor of the Women’s first team.
The partnership started in the 2013/14 season and the parties both wanted to continue in the same path for the future. The renewal was signed by the CEO of Banco BPM, Giuseppe Castagna, and Ivan Gazidis who met today to finalize the agreement.
It’s always positive for the Rossoneri to retain their sponsors or improve upon them, as losing a partnership could hurt their image. Gazidis has previously received criticism for his work on this front, but hopefully, he will continue like this.
