Flamengo star Lucas Paqueta has revealed that he is ‘happy and enthusiastic’ ahead of joining AC Milan.
The Brazilian is set to join the Rossoneri in January after they agreed a deal worth €35million plus bonuses.
The 21-year-old will finish his commitments in the Brazilian league and will join his new team-mates at Milanello by the middle of January.
“I cannot say much for contractual reasons, but I am happy and enthusiastic, full of joy. Before joining Milan I want to give the Brazilian title to the Flamengo fans,” he said.
Paqueta scored once again over the weekend, helping lead his team to 4-0 win against Parana.
