Pedulla: Intermediaries due in Italy next week to discuss striker deal with Milan – the latest

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are set to meet with intermediaries next week to discuss a deal for Kaio Jorge of Santos, according to a report.

MilanNews among other sources are reporting that Milan are pushing to sign Jorge, a 19-year-old talent owned by Santos. After Olivier Giroud, the management want to give Stefano Pioli a young centre-forward who has high potential and the Brazilian occupies the spot of number one target.

Now, Alfredo Pedulla reports on his website that the interest of Milan in Kaio Jorge is confirmed, to the point that in the coming days intermediaries could arrive in Europe to assist the negotiations and move them further along.

Milan are one of the clubs most interested in the operation, but there is a condition: when approaching mid-August, Santos must lower their demands from the current €10m, given that he will be just a few months from the expiry of his contract.
