Simon Kjaer turns 33 today and he probably would have liked to celebrate it while on international duty with Denmark, but at least the injury recovery is proceeding well. And Davide Calabria has a message for him.
The centre-back has been injured since Milan’s game against Genoa last year and he will be out for the rest of the season. He’s hoping to be back in action for the pre-season and the recovery seems to be heading in the right direction.
On Twitter, Milan’s vice-captain Davide Calabria sent a birthday message to Kjaer: “We look forward to seeing you soon, once again happy birthday.”
