As Milan are fighting for the Scudetto with just eight games to go, and with a three-point advantage in hand, the enthusiasm among the fans is through the roof. The ticket sales attest to this.
According to Gazzetta Dello Sport (see photo below), the game against Bologna on Monday will be near sold out. Around 70k fans are expected at the San Siro and that is a great number, especially considering the far from ideal kick-off slot.
As for the game against Atalanta in May, Milan have already sold 33k tickets and more will be released in the coming weeks. In the photo below, you can see the attendance level throughout the season and the tickets sold for the remaining games.
