Giorgio Furlani, AC Milan’s CEO, was present at Milanello for today’s training session as the players returned from their Christmas break. Roma are up on Sunday and preparations have thus already begun.
Paulo Fonseca granted a few days off for his players during Christmas, more specifically three days, as a hectic schedule awaits between Serie A and the Supercoppa Italiana. In fact, the team will travel to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia, on New Year’s Eve (December 31st).
Training resumed at Milanello today and almost all players were present, as Alvaro Morata returned after suffering from tonsillitis. Christian Pulisic and a few others continued to work separately and the goal is to have most back for the game against Juventus next week.
Furlani, the club CEO, was present at the training session and that was nice to see, as visits from the management have seemingly become a rarity. It also comes at a time when the ownership has received a lot of criticism, so showing their faces and standing up tall is of the utmost importance.
The Roma game is scheduled for Sunday, as said, and the Juve game is scheduled for Friday next week (January 3). If they make it through, the final of the Supercoppa will be played on January 6th.

I just have to say at this point, they should pull out the Maldini & Massara Sustainable Strategy Plan and run with it.
Instead of ignoring it, they should have read it.
Lol yeah and?what’s Furlanis presence going to do?the players probably think of him as just another two faced c**t
I bet Furlani motivated the players to give their best and gave invaluable tips on how to coach the team to Fonzie.
