AC Milan head coach Stefano Pioli will resist the temptation to bring a new signing into the starting line-up against Atalanta, a report claims.
According to what is being reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport (via SempreMilan.it), Pioli has decided to continue to bet on Brahim Diaz from the first minute in the away game against Atalanta in Bergamo on Sunday night.
The Spanish playmaker started the season well in the 4-2 win over Udinese as he got a goal and an assist. His goal turned out to be the winner given it was the third for the Rossoneri, meaning it is the second season in a row that Brahim has decided the opening fixture.
This means that Charles De Ketelaere will start the match on the bench just as he did on Saturday, be the Belgian is likely to come on during the game. De Ketelaere’s first start could come on 27 August when Bologna will travel to San Siro.
Why not play Diaz in a RW position and CDK at AM? Against Udinese on the heatmap Diaz was always on the right side of the pitch linking up with Messias when this time he can link up with CDK

CDK can track back instead, keep in mind at times CDK was played as a CM at Brugge and his defensive contribution is very very high for an attacker
