AC Milan will take on Hellas Verona away from home this evening and with just three games left of the season, it’s a very important one. And the pressure is on them to claim all three points.
In spite of conceding two goals, Inter managed to get the win against Empoli on Friday evening. Therefore, pressure is on Stefano Pioli’s men to retake the lead in the Scudetto race and they need at least a draw to do so.
Gazzetta Dello Sport wrote the following on the front page about the game: “Pioli looks for magic. Milan in Verona tonight to get closer to the Scudetto.”
Tuttosport had a similar headline: “High tension in Verona. Milan ready to leapfrog Inter again.”
Corriere Dello Sport, meanwhile, kept it short: “Milan in action to overtake Inter.”
