AC Milan coach Stefano Pioli is hoping that he should have Divock Origi and Junior Messias back in the team for the game against Torino, a report claims.
As has been reported by La Gazzetta dello Sport (via Milan News), the Rossoneri will soon be facing Torino in the Coppa Italia and Pioli wants to rotate his starting eleven.
The Rossoneri will face Torino at San Siro on Wednesday, January 11 but it will be swiftly followed by a Serie A match against Lecce.
That means the coach would ideally not use the likes of Olivier Giroud and Rafael Leao for the cup game as it is less important than the title race.
Both Origi and Messias could make their returns from injury for the match, and another player that could return is Danish defender Simon Kjaer.
He will be evaluated in the run-up to the game and could be in the matchday squad.
