Stefano Pioli’s men failed to claim all three points in their game against Udinese yesterday, but remain first for the time being as Inter also drew. The manager, understandably, wasn’t happy after the game.
Not only did Milan perform poorly, but Udinese’s equaliser also should have been disallowed as the goalscorer steered the ball into the back of the net with his arm. Something that has been heavily discussed since last night.
Speaking to MilanTV (see video below), Pioli admitted that the Rossoneri didn’t do enough but also said that the handball was clear, effectively taking away the three points.
