Lorenzo and Stefano sat down for a fiery edition of pub chat this morning to discuss what has been a troubling season for AC Milan so far. Top four is at serious risk and nothing has happened on the mercato so far.
Last night’s defeat against Juventus was indeed tough to swallow. The Bianconeri played very well and deserved to win, without a doubt, but Milan arguably didn’t put up much of a fight and that is what frustrated the fans the most.

They are not clueless, they obviously realised that moneyball project fell apart like dust on Earth.
Emerson Royal can’t first team player in Milan. Neither to Pavlovic, Morata or Calabria.
It’s one thing to lose a game but nothing frustrates more when a team rolls over game after game and dies…surely it won’t hurt as much if they at least leave their skin on the field for those colors…
Spot on analysis guys. The Milan flag on my house is flying half mast…
So frustrating at the moment. We beat Juve and Inter to win Supercup and then a week later we return to a team with no idea
I’d sooner have the Serie A points than the super cup…
The management and the players are clueless
We go for morata with a huge contract have to pay for origi more then 4mio, make a 12mio present to juve called kalulu and thats just the resent nightmares (from paqueta to cdk) just poor Business guys….missing Ralf 😅
Yes yes. Good point.
Florenzi, Bennacer, Origi, and now Morata.
No midfield.
No possession.
No goals.
Walker’s arrival will at least take Royal off the field. But without possession midfielders who can advance the ball (Bennacer tried one forward pass all game, dribbled forward once or twice), look for 90 minutes of goalless football.
Long story short; everything you guys said is evident and correct. But when Maldini left after the Scudetto; the writing was already on the wall. He basically left and even said it in so many words; he wanted to spend money improve the team and take it to the next level. Cardinale refused; that’s when I knew everything was over. All cardinale wants to do is get approval for the stadium (whether it San Donato or just renovating SannSiro) and then sell the club and make his 100-150 mill proffit. That’s his main objective; not sporting results.
Does this at long last paint the Cardinale project for the disaster that it is…..? Surely there are no more moneyballers left in the building…
This is the worst Milan match I have ever watched … Very poor.. very very poor
New owner, change our clown directors and advisor. Rebuild with more Italian, try again next season coz now it’s over
