La Stampa: Juventus preparing to enter race for Milan and PSG target Sanches

By Isak Möller -

Renato Sanches has been on the radar of AC Milan for several months and talks have been ongoing during that period. However, the Rossoneri are now facing competition from several clubs.

The renewal delay for Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara has caused some issues on the transfer market, including increased competition for their targets. In the last few days, Paris Saint-Germain have expressed their concrete interest in Sanches.

According to La Stampa (via MilanNews), in addition to PSG, Juventus are now also preparing to enter the race for the Portuguese midfielder. Bad news for Milan, who will have to act quickly after the renewals of Maldini and Massara (imminent).

It remains to be seen what moves Maldini and Massara will make this summer, seeing as the fans are expecting strong reinforcements to defend the Scudetto. Furthermore, the Rossoneri want to go further in the Champions League this upcoming season.

  1. If he goes to Juventus I can’t wait to see how people justify Redbird and the absolute nothing they did since the takeover.

  2. We will do nothing noteworthy. I bet we will get a couple of relatively unknown young guys and say “they got potential”, “he’s the next Kalulu”. Ugh. We struck gold with him, it does not mean every kid we recruit is going to step up like he did.
Watch PSG or Juve get Sanches, New Castle to get Botman, Leicester to get CDK and we get some Castelo or Ximenes from PES 2008

  3. So Italian media went from Sanches done deal with PSG with double salary and double transfer fee from what Milan is offering last weekend, to now Juventus entering the race.
    Yeah OK, Sure
Both Renato Sanches and Sven Botman will be Milan players

  4. Oh the ‘doom & gloom’ pack now is in panic: Sanches will go to Juve, we’re finished! Just like in january, when they sign Vlahovic and we did nothing… and in the end we managed to win the title, something that these fools aparently already have forgoten…

And about Neymar, I really hope he comes to Juve: this pathetic primadonna will simply RUIN them, both in and off the field.
