Having signed Brahim Diaz and Sandro Tonali, Milan aren’t done just yet on the transfer market. There are still some flaws in the squad and Paolo Maldini is determined to give Stefano Pioli what he needs.
According to the newspaper La Nazione, as cited by Calciomercato.com, the future of Federico Chiesa remains a hot topic as it’s yet to be written. The suitors, with Milan in pole position, haven’t made a concrete move for the player.
In other words, Roma are still in the race and there have only been inquiries thus far, nothing more than that. The foreign clubs interested have all withdrawn, having found out that Chiesa is very keen on staying in Italy.
For now, the impression is that transfer dilemma related to Chiesa is on the verge of kicking off. La Nazione, therefore, suggests that more updates could emerge soon and that it will be very interesting to follow the situation.
