Report: Rangers star makes clear decision on future as Milan and Roma lurk

In addition to a right-back, Milan also need to sign a back-up for Theo Hernandez as Diego Laxalt and Ricardo Rodriguez are expected to leave. One of their targets is fading away, though, a report claims.

According to Daily Record, Borna Barisic has made a decision on his future. The Rangers star recently signed a contract renewal is expected to remain at the club for next season, keen on winning the league instead of Celtic.

Milan and Roma have kept a close eye on the player in recent months, per the report, although neither of them have moved any further with their interest. It seems a transfer is now out of the question, at least this summer.

Considering that Theo Hernandez is the undisputed starter at Milan, it perhaps wouldn’t have been the best move for Barisic, albeit it would have been a big step. It remains to be seen who the Rossoneri will bring in to reinforce the left flank.
