Reports: Bologna want to snatch Ibrahimovic from Milan – the latest on his recovery

By Isak Möller -

Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s future is yet to be decided. His contract with AC Milan will expire at the end of the season and many are wondering what he will do next. Although a renewal isn’t impossible, it seems unlikely.

According to today’s edition of Corriere Dello Sport (via Milanlive.it), Bologna could try to snatch the 38-year-old from Milan. In fact, they have been very interested since January, keen on strengthening their media presence and not just the squad.

In the pursuit, they have a great ally in their manager Sinisa Mihajlovic. He has a great relationship with Ibrahimovic and the two often speak over the phone, giving him the opportunity to make direct contact about the matter.

Meanwhile, as reported by SportMediaset (via Milanlive.it), the Swede is working hard to recover from his muscle injury. He aims to be at Stefano Pioli’s disposal in late June, perhaps making his return for the games against Roma and SPAL.
