Reports: Brescia insist on Colombo but Milan want to evaluate him in pre-season

By Isak Möller -

The Sandro Tonali saga hasn’t come to an end yet, with an agreement still missing between Milan and Brescia, but it seems it’s close. Having said that, there are still some details to figure out for the clubs.

According to Daniele Longo, Brescia are insisting on including Lorenzo Colombo in the operation. The young striker spent the last six months on loan at Cremonese and has several requests in Serie B for the upcoming season.

Milan, on the other hand, want to keep Colombo during pre-season and then evaluate the situation. Giacomo Olzer will definitely be a part of the operation, though, as has been agreed by the two clubs for quite some time now.

Gazzetta Dello Sport (via MilanNews) add that Stefano Pioli needs Colombo during pre-season as he’s the only striker available to start early. After that, though, the youngster could indeed make a move to Brescia.
