RMC Sport: AC Milan ready to challenge Bayern in race for Norwich starlet – the details

By Nikita Fesyukov -

The transfer market is entering into its final phase with AC Milan ready to make a move to strengthen the team at Stefano Pioli’s disposal in the coming days. Besides setting a centre-back as the priority, the Rossoneri could still make a move for a right-back next week.

For some time, Serge Aurier was the primary objective for Milan to reinforce the right side of the defence. However, the club encountered difficulties with Tottenham’s asking price as well as with the necessity to sell at least one of the right-back’s in the current squad.

Nevertheless, something could move in the last days of the transfer market and besides Serge Aurier, Milan seem to be interested in another player for the right-back position.

As reported by RMC Sport, Milan are in negotiations for Norwich fullback Max Aarons, who is also a target for Bayern.

The French source adds that Milan need to sell to be able to accelerate the move in the coming days but are considering offering a loan with an obligation to buy for the English player.
