RMC Sport: Milan submit second bid for 20-year-old Ligue 1 starlet – the details of the offer

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan have made a second bid for Strasbourg star Mohamed Simakan in the hopes of convincing them to sell, a report claims.

MilanNews are reporting that the management are continuing to work tirelessly in order to give Stefano Pioli a new central defender.

After the negotiations for Ozan Kabak and Antonio Rudiger of Schalke 04 and Chelsea respectively have now come to an end due to the costs involved, the name on which Milan are working hard on at the moment is Simakan.

Paolo Maldini and Ricky Massara are believed to be in constant contact with Strasbourg to reduce the distance between the offer and their demands, but it is a race against time, though his agent did confirm to us that personal terms have been agreed.

According to the latest from Loic Tanzi of RMC Sport, Milan have gone back in with a second bid totalling €15m in an attempt to get the Ligue 1 side to finally agree to selling.

The exact terms of the offer are as follows: €12million fixed plus €3million in bonuses and a 20% future resale percentage.
