Romano: Milan and Romagnoli have clear ideas amid Chelsea, Lazio interest

AC Milan have clear ideas: they want to focus on Alessio Romagnoli. Despite the long interest of Chelsea and the recent inclusion of Lazio, in fact, the Rossoneri have no doubts about the future.

According to Fabrizio Romano in his latest video for Calciomercato.com, the same goes for the captain, who wants to renew the contract that will expire in 2022. In recent days, contacts between the club and Mino Raiola have continued to discuss the matter.

As mentioned, there has been talk of a potential move to Lazio this summer, as Romagnoli is a boyhood fan of the club. Meanwhile, Chelsea have been linked with him for quite some time, remaining the most interested club in the Premier League.

Milan, on the other hand, are keen on locking down the 25-year-old with a new deal. Dealing with Mino Raiola is never easy, but the situation isn’t the same as that of Gigio Donnarumma. Therefore, a renewal seems to be the only outcome.
