Sarri admits facing Milan will be ‘complicated’ for Juve as it has been ‘all season’

AC Milan are looking to build on their 3-0 win against Lazio by beating another Scudetto contender, taking on Juventus at the San Siro on Tuesday evening. However, it will be far from easy for the Rossoneri.

That being said, Stefano Pioli’s men have performed well against the Bianconeri this season, most recently managing a 0-0 draw in the Coppa Italia despite. They were down to ten men for most of the game and only lost on aggregate (1-1).

Furthermore, the win against Lazio has surely boosted their confidence, which was already high after what has been a good start to the season finale. Therefore, although Juventus are favourites, it will most likely be a close game.

During his press conference earlier today, as cited by MilanNews.it, Maurizio Sarri was asked about the game. He made it clear that Milan can’t be underestimated and assured that it will be a complicated game.

“They are a team that have created difficulties for us all season. Their last games have been on a high level, they managed a very important victory against Lazio. Meeting Milan at the moment is complicated,” he stated.
