Then we’ll have 3 CBs, Romagnoli, Kalulu, and “New CB” until Tomori returns in what is now only 3 weeks. Most teams that play two CBs at the back only carry four first team CBs, so numerically it’s all square and Gabbia gets experience.
Did you not read? I said PURE CB. Kalulu is a RB. He did quite well as CB but he’s better as RB.
Romagnoli not reliable anymore and big chance he will leave Milan next season.
We don’t know if next season Kjaer will played well again especially after this long injury. For all we know he could sit at the bench for the rest of 22/23 season or even retired.
Doesn’t matter if Milan get a new CB or not, but it’s not a right decision to loan Gabbia right now, not when Milan are lacking high quality CB.
