Luka Jovic was forced to abandon the warm-up ahead of AC Milan’s clash against PSG last night and thus didn’t feature on the night. Today, tests were carried out at Milanello and an injury has been ruled out, a report claims.
The Serbian has struggled to get into shape since joining Milan and yesterday’s absence was another example of that. Earlier today, as reported by Sky Italia (via Francesco Nasato), Jovic underwent tests at Milanello which ruled out an injury.
However, the striker is struggling with fatigue and could still miss the game against Napoli on Sunday. Fortunately for Stefano Pioli, it looks like Noah Okafor will be back in action after also struggling with fatigue, ready to replace Olivier Giroud up front.
It remains to be seen if Ruben Loftus-Cheek will make it back in time for the big game. Milan could certainly use him and his quality, keen on bouncing back from two tough defeats.
