Hakan Calhanoglu, in the post-lockdown era, has been one of the best midfielders in Serie A. Last season, he registered an impressive six goals and eight assists in that period, inevitably attracting interest.

However, his future at Milan remains uncertain as his contract will expire next summer, with no renewal in sight. According to Sky Italia (via TuttoJuve), the Rossoneri are in talks with his agent, but the wage demand of €7m per year is considered too high.

This has attracted the interest of a few clubs, including league rivals Juventus. They are following the situation, per the report, and are seriously consider making a move for the No.10. Of course, as is their speciality, it would be a free transfer.

Unlike Milan, the Bianconeri are willing to satisfy Calhanoglu’s demands and make him one of the best-paid players in the league. The likes of Man Utd and Atletico Madrid have also shown their interest as of late.
