Sky: Pioli schedules Easter lunch at Milanello for the Rossoneri players

Following the win against Genoa, AC Milan are in a much better mood and there is positive energy ahead of the Coppa Italia clash against Inter on Tuesday. And today the players will have lunch together.

As stated by Sky Italia (via MilanNews), Stefano Pioli has decided to schedule an Easter lunch for the players after today’s training session at Milanello. The manager most likely wanted to reward them for the Genoa win but also ease the tension a bit.

The win on Friday evening was indeed crucial, especially since a tough derby clash awaits. The first leg ended 0-0 and that means Milan would go through to the final with a draw, as long as it’s not another 0-0 draw.

With so few games remaining of the season, the Rossoneri need to be united and the Easter lunch is just one of many tricks to make that happen. Hopefully, they will be able to build on the win against Genoa come Tuesday evening.
