SM: Milan’s lawyers hard at work with UEFA; verdict expected by the weekend

AC Milan are still negotiating with both UEFA and the Court of Arbitration for Sport over Financial Fair Play, we can reveal.

In essence, there is a principle of agreement between Milan and UEFA in which the Rossoneri would not play in the 2019-20 edition of the Europa League, in exchange for a benefit on the FFP.

According to what SempreMilan.com has learned, the news leak of the past few days has stiffened UEFA and the CAS.

However, Milan’s lawyers are still at work to find an agreement, and the workload has not interrupted despite the leak of information – on the contrary, it only made the communication slip a few days.

UEFA is facing a situation that has never been presented before, which is why they are being considered in their judgement and extra careful from a communication perspective.

However, a verdict is still expected by the end of the week.
