SM: Theo Hernandez to skip international duty with France due to adductor issue

By Oliver Fisher -

Two bits of bad news have arrived for AC Milan in the aftermath of last night’s defeat against Napoli at San Siro as the two starting full-backs have sustained injuries.

According to what we have learned via our colleagues at SempreMilan.it, Theo Hernandez will not take part in the upcoming international break with France due to an adductor problem that will be evaluated in the coming days with instrumental tests.

Meanwhile, Davide Calabria suffered muscle strain in his flexor and was removed at half-time during the game last night, and he too will be evaluated when training resumes.

Of course the hope has to be that in both cases it is more of a precautionary measure as opposed to something more serious that could jeopardise their chances of taking part in the games after the international break, with games against Empoli, Chelsea (x2) and Juventus all on the agenda.

  1. Nemamo adekvatne zamjene po pozicijama i to je stvar koja bogate klubove čini vrhunskim! Pardon osim jedne Mesijas i Salemakers tu je svejedno ko igra !!!

  2. We really have run the guys into the ground in the last few weeks! Now I understand why so many big teams have been stockpiling fullbacks over summer
