Theo Hernandez back in France training and should make World Cup final

By Oliver Fisher -

A big boost has arrived for France on the eve of their World Cup final clash against Argentina as five players returned to training including Theo Hernandez.

Theo was forced to miss training yesterday due to suffering a blow to his knee which sparked fears that he might not recover in time and could be forced to sit out in the final, a game he is virtually certain to start.

As the well-known French journalist Saber Desfarges reports on Twitter, Raphaël Varane, Ibrahima Konaté, Aurélien Tchouameni, Kingsley Coman and Theo Hernandez returned to training today and therefore should be ok for tomorrow.

France will be looking to make it back-to-back World Cup wins but they come up against an Argentina side that have grown as the tournament has gone on and of course can call upon Lionel Messi, a player that Theo has nonetheless claimed does not scare Les Bleus.
