Di Marzio: Good news arrives on Theo Hernandez and Calabria ahead of Sassuolo game

By Oliver Fisher -

There are some worries about the condition of three AC Milan defenders heading into the Sassuolo game on Sunday and the derby the following week.

Fikayo Tomori, Theo Hernández and Davide Calabria are the latest three players to come down with a problem and all three of them did not train this morning at Milanello under the orders of Stefano Pioli.

As reported by Gianluca Di Marzio on Sky (via PianetaMilan), Theo Hernandez only missed last night’s game against Lazio at the Stadio Olimpico due to muscle fatigue rather than a bigger issue, and he should be back training with the group as early as tomorrow.

For Calabria, who came off after receiving a blow in the final few minutes of the 4-0 defeat last night, it is nothing other than a knock and there is no further damage. He will therefore be available for the next match against Sassuolo at San Siro on Sunday.

  1. Since calabria came back we can’t win anyone,he just run around like a headless chicken.i have never seen him lost on the field like last 5 matches

  2. Calabria is one of the reasons we are failing – he doesn’t seem to rememeber that he’s a right back and that means being a defender
