TMW: Milan focusing on the outgoing market with seven players available – the details

By Oliver Fisher -

AC Milan are planning to raise cash by selling a number of players who have become surplus to requirements, a report claims.

Anto Vitiello’s editorial for TMW begins by taking stock of Lucas Paquetà’s situation. After a disappointing season, Milan are ready to sell but it will be hard to find clubs willing to pay the €25m requested. He could be part of a deal for Nikola Milenkovic.

Milan will aim to buy a right-back, meaning one of Andrea Conti and Davide Calabria will have to leave, both valued at around €10m. For the latter there are requests from Spain, with Real Betis and Sevilla interested.

Leo Duarte and Mateo Musacchio are the two candidates to leave from the centre-back department, but the Argentine is injured so it is difficult to find a team ready to sign him. Duarte could leave on loan.

At left-back, Ricardo Rodriguez reached an agreement with Torino after several meetings and will be the first player to leave for €3m plus bonuses.

Meanwhile, Pepe Reina has returned from his loan at Aston Villa but wants to be a starter, so he will leave the Rossoneri with Valencia showing interest.
