Tuttosport: Belotti race narrowed down to Milan and Atalanta – he wants the Rossoneri

By Isak Möller -

Andrea Belotti is expected to leave Torino at the end of the season and Milan are one of the teams interested in signing him on a free. The player’s preference is clear but his future is yet to be defined.

The 28-year-old has been linked with a move away from Torino for many years now, but it seems he’s finally set on making the move to a bigger club. As per Tuttosport (via MilanNews), there is no renewal in sight and the striker has decided to leave.

Belotti has made it clear that he wants to join Milan, per the report, and he will wait until the end of the season before deciding his future. This could benefit the Rossoneri as they need to know Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s future before making a move for a new striker.

However, an eye should also be kept on Atalanta, especially if they were to qualify for Champions League. The likes of Fiorentina, Napoli and Inter, meanwhile, have settled on other targets and it’s thus a two-way race currently.

The feeling is that Milan will be able to get Belotti, should they decide to sign him, as the striker is seemingly waiting on them.
