Tuttosport: Brahim’s will decisive as Real Madrid could give Milan a discount

By Isak Möller -

Brahim Diaz has been at AC Milan since 2020 but he still hasn’t been signed permanently by the Rossoneri. His two-year loan will expire in the summer and Real Madrid could lower their demands, a report claims.

The Spaniard initially arrived on a season-long loan back in 2020 and after a successful ending to that season, Milan extended the loan by two years. A buy out-clause valued at €22m was also added to the deal, plus a €27m buy-back for Real Madrid.

According to today’s edition of Tuttosport (via MilanNews), the will of Brahim Diaz will be decisive for the future. Should he express a willingness to stay at Milan, then the clubs will sit down and re-negotiate the terms as the €22m figure is too high.

Real Madrid are willing to lower their claims to please the player but, as said, Brahim needs to make the decision to stay for that to happen. For now, the Rossoneri’s No.10 is focused on the current season.
