Diogo Dalot is currently on international duty with the Portuguese U21 side and after that, he will return to Manchester United. The loan spell at Milan may have come to an end, but his future is far from certain.
The full-back joined the Rossoneri ahead of this past season and although the first six months had some ups and downs, he impressed in the second half of the campaign. Yet, it’s uncertain if this was enough to convince the Milan management.
According to Tuttosport, as cited by MilanNews, Dalot himself is currently focused on the national team and isn’t thinking about his future. Meanwhile, Milan are ready to open negotiations with Man Utd to try to reach an agreement.
In other words, everything will depend on the demands of the Red Devils, perhaps willing to offload the full-back for a slightly lower price if the deal is completed quickly. Something that Milan can guarantee.
