Tuttosport: Kalulu, Björklund and Roback – three investments for the future by Milan

By Isak Möller -

In addition to strengthening the first team, Milan are also focusing on the future. Since the season ended, they have brought in three youngsters with a lot of potential that will start with the Primavera side.

Yesterday, the Rossoneri announced the signing of Hammarby striker Emil Roback. Per Tuttosport, as cited by MilanNews.it, they invested €1.2m including bonuses to secure the services of the 17-year-old striker.

In addition to the Swede, Milan have also signed Pierre Kalulu, the Frenchman who joined on a free transfer from Lyon earlier this summer. It doesn’t end there, though, as Lukas Björklund was brought in from Malmö in July.

Three signings at a low cost and with an eye to the future, taking their talent and potential into consideration. It remains to be seen if any of them will play with the first team next season, with Kalulu being the most likely one to do so.
